It is not possible to change/ modify/ edit an employee’s father’s name in EPF online; instead, to change your father’s name on the EPF portal, you must submit a PF joint declaration form to your regional PF office. Submit your employee PF joint declaration form in your PF office location.
It is currently the only option to correct the EPF portal’s inaccurate father name.
You can ask your employer to update your father’s name in the UAN portal if it hasn’t already been done; but, if your father’s name is wrong, you must use the PF joint declaration form to rectify it. So to change your father name visit your nearest EPF office in your city.

How to Update Missing Father Name or Husband Name in EPF Account
Contact your current company to alter your father’s or husband’s name on their PF account; it’s a simple process that doesn’t require EPFO approval.
Step 1: Go to the PF site for your company.
Step 2: Go to the member option in the major menu and choose the member profile.
